03 Content & Posting Strategy

VERIFIED The launch narrative is built on honesty about the rebuild:

04 Who Amplifies Them

  • VERIFIED @ycombinator on X and LinkedIn, the biggest reach event per launch.
  • VERIFIED Investors on LinkedIn posting congratulations around launch dates, founder-network amplification, not arranged influencers.
  • VERIFIED The founders are the media. Pradeep is a third-time YC founder (Kicksend S11, Farmstead S16); Kevin Li holds the CMO title in a two-person company, distribution is half the founding team by design.
  • INFERRED No paid creators, UGC programs or affiliates, consistent with everything observed, but X-mention and ad collectors haven't swept yet.

05 Affiliate & Partner Motion

VERIFIED No affiliate program on their site, no Rewardful/PartnerStack/FirstPromoter/Tolt scripts, no /affiliates page, no ?via= links (our site collector, Jun 12). INFERRED At their stage this reads deliberate: learn from a small cohort before buying top-of-funnel you can't yet retain.

06 The Inferred Playbook

INFERRED Attention comes from founder credibility compounding with YC's launch machinery: each (re)launch is an event with prepared assets, launch page, founder posts, YC amplification, investor echo. The funnel is deliberately short (Google sign-in → 7-day trial, no card, no waitlist) so borrowed attention converts before it cools. Distribution is embedded in the product: Telegram/WhatsApp surfaces live where users already are, and family pricing (5 seats) makes the household the viral unit.

07 Run These Plays

Turn your pivot into the story.jo got two launches' worth of attention for one product by narrating the rebuild. A direction change is a launch asset, not a secret.
Keep the funnel shorter than the hype cycle.Google sign-in, no card, no waitlist. A launch spike that lands on a waitlist converts into a CSV, not users.
Use scarcity that costs nothing."First 100 skip onboarding" creates urgency without discounts and caps support load while you learn.
State what your product won't do."Drafts but never sends" turns the category's #1 fear into the differentiator. Find your category's fear; write the restraint sentence.
Price the social unit, not the seat.$39 for 5 family members makes every customer a recruiter in their own house. Price the natural group: family, team, server.
